4. Booking & service provision terms (summary)

Collaboration is finalized only upon written agreement and payment of a deposit, in accordance with the agreed terms.

Indicatively, the following apply:

  • Booking a date requires a deposit.

  • The remaining balance is settled according to the agreed terms.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring:

    • a suitable event space,

    • safe access,

    • power supply and basic operating conditions.

  • In cases of unsafe conditions (weather, venue safety, technical issues), we reserve the right to suspend or refuse service for safety reasons.

  • Any damage to equipment not resulting from normal use is the responsibility of the client.

  • Detailed terms are described in the service agreement signed between the parties.

5. Intellectual property rights

All content on this website (texts, images, logos, graphics) is the intellectual property of MessiniaEvents.gr or third parties with lawful usage rights.

Any reproduction, copying, or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
